about us

We offer virtual circles for women in all stages of motherhood – from pre-conception to pregnancy, postpartum and beyond.

This is a space to be with whatever is most alive inside of you. It’s a chance to be with – and witnessed by – each other.

We believe that every woman has a role to play in the collective. And that by simply gathering together, we can touch into our collective wisdom.

woven is here to tend to every part of you.

Woven circles are an invitation to do just that.

Each one is designed to hold, awaken and empower you on your unique path through the universal experience of womanhood. With Woven, you can both receive what you need and offer what is yours to give.

Our goal is to create a world where women are fully held – not just by professionals and experts, but by each other.

We aren’t meant to mother alone. Join us.

  • With a decade of experience in healthcare, and an upbringing immersed in traditional healing, my outlook has always supported whole-person wellness. My own motherhood experience – marked by infertility and the loss of our daughter – profoundly shaped my belief that community lies at the heart of physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

My practice focused on empowering others to fully embrace the peaks and valleys of womanhood.

  • I attended my first birth as a doula in 2012, and since that first initiation, have supported close to 400 mothers as they brought new life into the world.

My practice focuses on integrating modern knowledge, ancient wisdom, and deep connection with the families I support. My goal is to help them they feel heard, held and cared for so they can emerge from birth with a spirit and soul that are whole.

  • After a decade in the wellness industry, my own initiation into motherhood offered me a new paradigm for what it means to be truly well – one that centers community, encourages curiosity and continually guides us back to ourselves.

My practice focuses on helping women integrate the profound shifts that we experience in the transition from Maiden to Mother.

birth brought us together.

our vision for what motherhood can mean inspired us to create woven.

It was at a coffee shop, sitting together in community, that we realized Woven was more than just an idea. It was a calling.

We’d known all too well that women need more support than we’re being offered. We knew it from our own stories, and the countless ones we had witnessed. But more than that, we shared a vision for a different future – one where women are not just cared for, but celebrated. Where we don’t just receive support, but offer it to each other. Where motherhood doesn’t just break us down; it rebuilds us into more awakened and alive versions of ourselves.

So we set out to create something expansive enough to hold the fullness of what it means to be a woman. Something that was stronger because each of us has a part in keeping it together.

From pre-conception to pregnancy, postpartum and beyond, Woven is here for you – and you are needed here.

what we believe

what we believe ∙

we are rearranged from the inside out

WHEN WOMEN BECOME MOTHERS

To emerge in wholeness, we need room to unravel. We must be witnessed by women who have been here before. And we need somewhere to return to – somewhere to belong.

When we cross the threshold of motherhood without these things, we feel their absence. And our untold stories, unspoken grief, and even uncelebrated milestones weigh us down.

But when we get what we truly need during this time, the load lightens. Things transform – and so do we.

Instead of something to survive, motherhood becomes a time to savor.

In fact, we believe this time can be beautiful.

wisdom from women we’ve worked with

DON’T JUST TAKE OUR WORD FOR IT…

“Mothers are juggling so much more than it appears and this period can be so challenging as they return back to work with young kids. I felt more connected to my colleagues, more understood and empowered by sharing my motherhood journey with coworkers.”

— Estella M.

“Vast in her knowledge, intuitive in her wisdom, healing with her touch, fiercely protective of a mother's birth space, pure love and compassion in her heart, Joy embodies all of these and more. I will be forever grateful for her support on our birthing journey.”

— Laura D.

"Joy is a unicorn, I have no idea how she does it all. She is a wealth of knowledge, a personaility that radiates, and she is forged with experience. It was an honor to work with her.”

— Leslie K.

"Jina possesses an open, receptive grace that holds no judgment. She offers perspective and shares her wisdom in a welcoming embrace that makes you feel at home with her. To have her in your corner is a richness most people forget to define and I am so grateful to have her in my life.”

— Bronte A.

“Shari is a gem. To know her thoughtfulness and depth is a gift to anyone going through a big shift – specifically to those of us adjusting to motherhood. She’s someone who pushes you to think deeper, feel bigger and to be okay with just being. I wouldn't want to go through this season of life with anyone else.”

— Rachel G.

“Attending MotherCircle immediately postpartum was one of the best things I did for myself. Shari eased us into each session so we knew however we were showing up that day was enough. I had releases and felt less alone as a new mom. I recommend this to anyone seeking connection and support as a mama!”

— Taylor M.
