TAKE YOUR SEAT
Woven offers virtual MotherCircles for women who are or want to be mothers.
Because motherhood isnβt just hard. Itβs transformational.
It breaks and remakes us β physically, emotionally, spiritually.
Whether you're trying to conceive, grieving a loss, in the thick of postpartum, or years beyond your first birth, there is space for you here.
This circle is for women looking for something deeper.
For meaning-makers. Pattern-breakers.
For those ready to shed old stories and step into who theyβre becoming.
You arenβt here to be fixed.
You donβt have to hold it all together.
You just have to be willing to meet this moment, as it unfolds.
Come as you are, share whatβs present and see what can shift.

Motherhood isnβt in the way. It is the way.
MotherCircle is an ancient ritual, reimagined for modern moms.
Most spaces canβt hold what motherhood stirs up in us β
The questions, the longings, the layers. This one can.
Together we will follow a carefully crafted arc:
8 sessions to move through the initiation that is motherhood.
We meet without judgment, advice, or expectation to talk about the real stuff: Identity. Body. Sexuality. Ambition. Nervous system. And so much more.
MotherCircle an 8-week, live virtual circle for women in all stages of mothering.
Iβm Shari, and Iβm so glad youβre here.
After a decade working in the wellness industry, my own initiation into motherhood offered me a new paradigm for what it means to be truly whole β one that centers community, encourages curiosity and continually guides you back to yourself.
Through my work as a MotherCircle facilitator, I help new moms integrate the profound shifts that we experience in the transition from Maiden to Mother.

hereβs what women are saying
DONβT JUST TAKE MY WORD FOR ITβ¦
βMothers are juggling so much more than it appears and this period can be so challenging as they return back to work with young kids. I felt more connected to my colleagues, more understood and empowered by sharing my motherhood journey with coworkers.β

βShari is a gem. To know her thoughtfulness and depth is a gift to anyone going through a big shift β specifically to those of us adjusting to motherhood. Sheβs someone who pushes you to think deeper, feel bigger and to be okay with just being. I wouldn't want to go through this season of life with anyone else.β

βAttending MotherCircle immediately postpartum was one of the best things I did for myself. Shari eased us into each session so we knew however we were showing up that day was enough. I had releases and felt less alone as a new mom. I recommend this to anyone seeking connection and support as a mama!β

integration coaching
INTEGRATION is the practice of processing and making meaning from our experiences β in a way that lands in the body and becomes part of who we are.
Itβs less of a linear process, and more of a felt sense: when something is truly integrated, it no longer feels fragmented or unresolved. It stops being something we think about and begins being something we simply know.
While integration is deeply personal, itβs best done in community. Having a witness and a container for reflection allows us to metabolize our experiences more fully, making space for clarity, healing, and transformation.
With five years of integration coaching, I specialize in supporting women through these transitions. This includes psychedelic experiences (microdosing, trip preparation, and integration) as well as the deeply initiatory process of motherhood β TTC, pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and beyond.
My approach centers nonjudgmental curiosity, helping you build self-awareness, trust your inner compass, and feel more resourced. Together, weβll untangle subconscious stories, metabolize experiences, and find peace β within your journey and yourself.
This offering is for any woman seeking to gain clarity, process change, and reconnect to herself. No substances necessary.
we know what happens when mothers do not receive the support they need.
at Woven, weβre setting out to see what happens when they do.
